Dr. Abdullah Umer Rehan completed his Family Medicine training in Sheffield, England, where he gained broad clinical experience across multiple specialties, including Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Orthopaedics. His training also included meaningful work in Palliative Care and Geriatrics, allowing him to care for patients across the full spectrum of life and health needs.

Dr. Umer has a strong interest in mental health, with a particular focus on men’s mental health, an area he is deeply passionate about and actively advocates for in his clinical practice.

He provides consultations fluently in English, Hindi, and Urdu, and can also communicate in basic Punjabi, enabling him to serve a diverse patient population with clarity and comfort.

Dr. Umer strongly believes in patient education as a cornerstone of effective care. He takes time to ensure patients understand their conditions and treatment options, and regularly guides them toward trusted educational resources to support informed decision-making.

Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Umer enjoys learning about global cultures, history, geopolitics, and international affairs. To unwind, he embraces new experiences—most notably skydiving from several thousand feet (with a parachute, of course), an adventure he describes as exhilarating and highly recommended.
