Dr. Abul Aziz brings over 20 years of experience in pediatric and neonatal care across Canada, including six years as an attending neonatologist in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). He has completed an advanced subspecialty fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at the University of Calgary, with expertise in caring for premature, critically ill, and high-risk newborns. His training includes advanced neonatal ultrasound, neonatal echocardiography, and post-doctoral research in neonatal medicine.

Dr. Aziz has held academic appointments at leading institutions including Western University, Dalhousie University, and Memorial University. At Aafiyat Medical Centre, he provides specialized pediatric and neonatal care close to home for families in Mississauga and surrounding communities. He is committed to delivering personalized, family-centered care, taking the time to carefully review each child’s history and develop treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Dr. Aziz provides care in both English and Arabic.
